In&Out — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026. In&Out (“the app”) is made by Jiun Kim (Jiun Studio).
Your entries stay on your phone
Everything you write in the app — amounts, categories, notes, dates, recurring items and settings — is stored only on your device. There is no account, no sign-in and no bank connection. We do not run a server that receives your entries, and we cannot see them.
Export and backup
When you choose Export or Back up now, the app creates a file and opens your phone's share sheet. The file goes only where you send it (for example Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive or email). On Android, the system's own app-data backup may also copy the app's data to your Google account, under Google's terms.
Advertising
The free version shows a banner ad from Google AdMob. On iPhone the app asks once whether it may use your device's advertising identifier. If you allow it, ads may be personalised; if you don't, only non-personalised ads are shown. On Android only non-personalised ads are requested. Google may collect device and usage information (such as IP address and device type) to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud. In the UK and EEA you are asked for consent through Google's consent form. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Analytics
The app has no analytics or tracking SDK. Apple and Google may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as download counts) from their stores.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Deleting your data
Use Settings › Erase all data, or delete the app. Because we never receive your entries, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Changes
If a future version adds an optional online feature (for example AI-assisted entry), it will be clearly marked, off unless you choose it, and this policy will be updated before it ships.
